Multiple grains can be fed at once starting in the sixth month. Your baby's nutrition will be more varied thanks to this 4-grain mixture made of whole meal wheat flour, spelt, corn, and oats. Additionally, mother's milk, whole milk, water, or a Holle Infant Formula manufactured from cow's or goat's milk may be used to make the grain porridge. includes gluten. Unsweetened and free of dairy; contains sugars that occur naturally.

Preparation:

  • 100 ml of whole milk or 100 ml of water should be heated to about 50 °C.
  • 25 g of the whole meal baby porridge should be added in 6 tablespoons.
  • Mix everything thoroughly, give the baby food a brief chance to swell, and feed the child at the right temperature (37 °C).

As an alternative, you can make the baby porridge with 200 ml of whole milk, water, or a Organic Infant formula prepared from cow's or goat's milk, along with 130 ml of mother's milk (150–170 ml).

Step 1:
Sterilze bottle, nipple, and ring in boiling water for 3-min before each use.

Step 2:
Boil the water and cool it down to approximately 120 °F. Pour about half of the water into the bottle.

Step 3:
Fill the measuring spoon and level with a knife for accurate measurement. Add the quantity of milk powder
indicated in the table on back of this page into the bottle.


Step 4:
Shake thoroughly. Add the rest of the water and shake again. Cool down to drinking temperature of about
100 °F.

* Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to milk feeds

* For hygiene reasons, always freshly prepare feeds and do not prepare in advance. Use made up feeds within 2 hours of preparation. Discard anything leftover at the end of the feed.
