Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, often the same or next business day. Because we ship quickly, our cancellation window is short (see Order Changes and Cancellations below). We are closed on US public holidays.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after processing. Some products ship from international fulfillment locations and may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally add to delivery time. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and our international carriers, depending on the product, destination, and weight.

International Orders, Duties and Customs

Formuland covers import duties and taxes on every international order. Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia ship with duties and taxes prepaid. In other countries the local customs authority may occasionally ask for duty or tax when the parcel arrives. If that happens, please pay the courier and email the receipt to care@formuland.com, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please do not refuse a parcel because of a duty charge. Products are sold for personal, household use. Customs authorities may occasionally inspect or delay parcels; these timelines are outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Japan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia from our European partner warehouse by express courier (FedEx or DHL). Delivery times depend on the destination and customs and are not guaranteed. Shipping is US$24.99 on orders under US$95 and free on orders of US$95 or more, shown in your local currency at checkout. Only products shipped from our European warehouse are available for international delivery.

Per-order limits: Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong: up to 12 x 800 g tins (or 16 x 600 g boxes, or 24 x 400 g). Japan, Singapore and the Philippines: up to 6 x 800 g tins (or 8 x 600 g, or 12 x 400 g). Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia: up to 6 x 800 g tins (or 8 x 600 g, or 12 x 400 g). Ready-to-feed formula: Australia and New Zealand up to 8 packs of 6 x 200 ml (or 6 packs of 6 x 250 ml); Japan, Singapore and the Philippines up to 4 packs (or 3 packs); not available to Hong Kong or the Gulf countries. Mixed orders are counted proportionally, and checkout will tell you if an order is over the limit.

Refused or Returned International Parcels

If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we will reship it at no extra cost or refund the product price once it arrives back with us. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Signature Confirmation

Orders exceeding $250 in value may require a signature upon delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we can only consider cancellation or change requests made within one (1) hour of placing your order, and only if the order has not yet been fulfilled. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be honored. Once an order has been fulfilled or has left our fulfillment location, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Holiday Delays

We ship from multiple locations, and delivery schedules may be affected by US and international public holidays. Orders placed during holiday periods may experience slight delays. Dates marked "varies" are tied to Easter and change each year.

United Kingdom — New Year's Day (Jan 1); Good Friday (varies); Easter Monday (varies); Early May Bank Holiday (first Monday of May); Spring Bank Holiday (last Monday of May); Summer Bank Holiday (last Monday of August); Christmas Day (Dec 25); Boxing Day (Dec 26).

Germany — New Year's Day (Jan 1); Good Friday (varies); Easter Monday (varies); Labour Day (May 1); Ascension Day (varies); Whit Monday (varies); German Unity Day (Oct 3); Christmas Day (Dec 25); Second Christmas Day (Dec 26). Some German states observe additional regional holidays.

Netherlands — New Year's Day (Jan 1); Good Friday (varies); Easter Monday (varies); King's Day (Apr 27, or Apr 26 when the 27th is a Sunday); Liberation Day (May 5); Ascension Day (varies); Whit Monday (varies); Christmas Day (Dec 25); Second Christmas Day (Dec 26).

Lithuania — New Year's Day (Jan 1); Day of Restoration of the State (Feb 16); Day of Restoration of Independence (Mar 11); Easter Sunday and Easter Monday (varies); Labour Day (May 1); St. John's Day / Midsummer (Jun 24); Statehood Day (Jul 6); Assumption Day (Aug 15); All Saints' Day (Nov 1); All Souls' Day (Nov 2); Christmas Eve (Dec 24); Christmas Day (Dec 25); Second Day of Christmas (Dec 26).
