What Changed?

• 15% Tariff on European Imports
  On August 7, 2025, the U.S. government introduced a 15% tariff on all European imports.

• De Minimis Rule Suspension
  Until now, U.S. customers didn’t feel this impact thanks to the “de minimis” rule, which allowed shipments under $800 to enter duty-free. On August 29, 2025, that rule was suspended.
  → This means all international shipments, regardless of value, are now subject to the 15% duty.

How Formuland Protects You

We believe parents shouldn’t have to worry about customs paperwork or unexpected fees. That’s why we’ve taken action:

• We Pre-Pay Duties
  Formuland covers the 15% tariff up front so your orders arrive without added costs at delivery.
  → If you are ever mistakenly charged by a carrier, just reach out — we’ll take care of it.

• Transparent Pricing
  Starting August 28, 2025, prices on Formuland.com increased by only 5%–7.5%. We’re absorbing the remaining 10%–12.5% ourselves to keep your costs as low as possible.

• Free Shipping Still Here
  U.S. orders over $100 ship free, just as always. No changes.

These tariff changes apply only to U.S. orders. If you shop from Canada, nothing changes — prices and policies remain the same at Formuland Canada.
