Holle organic wholegrain cereal rice is prepared with whole grains that are easily digestible and excellent for babies starting to wean as part of a mixed diet at 6 months old. Holle porridges are made with carefully chosen grains that have been gently unlocked by heat and moisture in preparation for your baby's developing body. The most nutrients are maintained when whole grains are used, serving as a beneficial base for a balanced diet, especially in newborns and young children. Holle porridges come in a variety of diet-specific formulations.

Preparation:

  • Multiple use – as a milk porridge, dairy free porridge or with any infant formula. We recommend: Prepare infant formula and add your favorite Holle wholegrain Porridge.

Production:
The wholegrains used in Holle Porridges are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing body. Using the wholegrain means, we can retain the most nutrients.

Step 1:
Sterilze bottle, nipple, and ring in boiling water for 3-min before each use.

Step 2:
Boil the water and cool it down to approximately 120 °F. Pour about half of the water into the bottle.

Step 3:
Fill the measuring spoon and level with a knife for accurate measurement. Add the quantity of milk powder
indicated in the table on back of this page into the bottle.


Step 4:
Shake thoroughly. Add the rest of the water and shake again. Cool down to drinking temperature of about
100 °F.

* Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to milk feeds

* For hygiene reasons, always freshly prepare feeds and do not prepare in advance. Use made up feeds within 2 hours of preparation. Discard anything leftover at the end of the feed. 

* Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur which could cause scalding

* Introduce a cup or beaker as soon as possible to prevent prolonged/frequent contact of teeth with milk feeds which may increase the risk of tooth decay

* Use sachet within 3 weeks of opening
