1. Informational purpose only. The content on this website — including product descriptions, images, specifications, and any information provided by Formuland or the Formuland Support Team — is provided for general informational and reference purposes only. It is not medical, health, or professional advice and is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Product information may change. Manufacturers may change ingredients, formulations, packaging, or instructions at any time and without notice. Actual product packaging, materials, and contents may differ from the information shown on this website. Always read the labels, warnings, and instructions provided with the product itself, and contact the manufacturer for the most current information. Do not rely solely on this website when making decisions about the health or wellbeing of you or your child.

3. Consult your pediatrician. Choosing, changing, or preparing infant formula or other products for a child should be done in consultation with your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider — particularly before switching products, or if your child has any medical condition, sensitivity, or allergy. If you suspect your child has had an adverse reaction to any product, stop use and contact your healthcare provider immediately; in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

4. Your acknowledgments and responsibilities. By placing an order, you represent, acknowledge, and agree that:

1. you are purchasing for personal, household use only, and not for resale, redistribution, or any commercial purpose;
2. it is your responsibility to read and follow all manufacturer labels, warnings, and preparation, storage, handling, and use instructions applicable to each product before use;
3. it is your responsibility to determine whether a product is appropriate and suitable for your child, and to consult a qualified healthcare provider before use;
4. you are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, and for any duties, taxes, or charges that may apply to your order; and
5. you knowingly and voluntarily assume responsibility for your decision to purchase, prepare, and use any product, including risks that cannot be eliminated even when a product is used as directed.

5. No warranties. All products and information are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formuland disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Formuland does not warrant that any product will be suitable for your child or that the information on this website is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formuland and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of — or inability to use — any product or information from this website, regardless of the legal theory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formuland's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, these exclusions and limitations will apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formuland and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of any product, your resale or redistribution of any product, your violation of this disclaimer, or your violation of any law.

8. No resale. All products are sold for personal use only. Resale or redistribution of products purchased through this website is strictly prohibited. Formuland reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order it believes is placed for commercial, resale, or redistribution purposes.

9. Severability. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes. Formuland may change the content, terms, policies, or any other aspect of this website at any time without notice. Please review this disclaimer periodically. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the then-current disclaimer.
