Preparation Advice for Anti-Reflux Formula
Anti-reflux formula is prepared differently from standard baby formula. For the best results, always follow the preparation instructions printed on the back of the pack.
Please Note:
This item may occasionally arrive with minor dents due to its packaging. While we carefully inspect and ship only brand-new, undamaged products, dents can sometimes occur during transit.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or discounts for minor dents, as replacement cans may also arrive with similar imperfections. However, please feel free to reach out to us — we’ll be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Rest assured, dented cans are still safe to use as long as the formula inside remains sealed and the powder is not exposed to air.

Important: How to Prepare HiPP Anti-Reflux Milk
HiPP Anti-Reflux Milk is different from regular infant formula, so it's very important to carefully follow the preparation instructions on the packaging.
This formula is a food for special medical purposes and should only be used under the advice and supervision of a healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or health visitor before use.
💡Preparation Instructions:
- Wash and sterilize all bottles, teats, and equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Boil 500 ml of fresh water and allow it to cool for 45 minutes.
(Do not use softened or re-boiled water.) - Pour the required amount of cooled water into a sterilized bottle, following the Feeding Guide for accurate measurements.

Add the formula powder using the provided scoop:
- Use 1 level scoop of powder for every 30 ml (1 fl oz) of water.
- Level the powder with the scoop leveler. Do not press or pack the powder.

Attach the teat and cap to the bottle.
- Roll the bottle between your palms for 5 seconds.
- Shake the bottle for 20 seconds.
- Let the bottle stand for 7 minutes so the formula can thicken.

Shake again, check the milk temperature (aim for approx. 37°C) and feed immediately.
- Always test the temperature before feeding.

- Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
- Use the formula within 3 weeks of opening.

Excellent formula but the shipping method that they choose to utilize is terrible. I ordered this specialized formula on 10/19/25 and I still haven’t received it as of today (10/23/25). As a result I had to order from a different company on 10/21/25 and received the formula today (10/23/25). The products at both companies cost the same price, however the new company that I ordered from sends all of their products to customers via FedEx priority EXPRESS FOR FREE)!!!!

I ordered Friday usually my order is packed and shipped the next day. In most instances I get it by Monday. The last couple of times I’ve ordered it’s not been sent out till later and we’ve had to supplement with a different formula waiting to receive it. The companies biggest flex other than the European brands was their fast delivery. So this is so disappointing. It might just be easier to switch to a brand I can find in store. This sucks.
