We have finally migrated to Shopify!!
A few changes have been made:
- We are offering the subscription program again. The subscription portal is very easy to manage (cancel, skip an order, swap products, and etc.) and this program gives you a 5% discount.
- If a product is out of stock, you may be on the waiting list and receive a notification via email or text message once that product is back in stock.
- You may still receive shipping notifications and updates via email and text messages (can be opted out at any time).
- We've transferred Points & Rewards from the old website to the new one, but you may have to manually type in your email address in our new system and your points shall show.
- We are now charging a standard shipping fee of $9.99 for orders up to $99.99. We offer free shipping on orders that are $100 and more in value.
- Previous customers who had an account with us on the old website need to reset their password on this new website in order for points to transfer over.
- Thank you so much for your support, and hope our new site gives you better customer experience.
