Composed of whole oat flour. It is advised to feed pure and gluten-free cereals, especially at the start of supplemental feeding.  It is better to add gluten-containing cereals, like spelt, tablespoon by spoonful.  Additionally, mother's milk, whole milk, water, or a Holle Infant Formula manufactured from cow's or goat's milk can be used to make the baby cereal porridge.  Unsweetened and free of dairy; contains sugars that occur naturally.
