Holle Organic Oat Baby Porridge gluten free from 5 months(250g)

Composed of whole oat flour. It is advised to feed pure and gluten-free cereals, especially at the start of supplemental feeding.  It is better to add gluten-containing cereals, like spelt, tablespoon by spoonful.  Additionally, mother's milk, whole milk, water, or a Holle Infant Formula manufactured from cow's or goat's milk can be used to make the baby cereal porridge.  Unsweetened and free of dairy; contains sugars that occur naturally.

  1. 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water should be heated to about 50 °C.
  2. 25 g of the whole meal baby porridge should be added in 6 tablespoons.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly, give the baby food a brief chance to swell, and feed the child at the right temperature (37 °C).

As an alternative, you can make the baby porridge with 200 ml of whole milk, water, or a Organic Infant formula prepared from cow's or goat's milk, along with 130 ml of mother's milk (150–170 ml).
