Kendamil manufactures all formulas at their Lake District facility, where testing is built into every stage of production.
Fresh milk is delivered daily from partner farms and screened on arrival for antibiotics, protein levels, fat content, pH, and acidity before it is accepted. After pasteurization, the milk undergoes spray drying to produce the finished powder. Throughout that process, Kendamil’s quality team runs regular laboratory tests to verify nutritional levels and product safety.
Once a batch is complete, samples are extracted and tested to confirm mineral levels are correct and that the powder dissolves properly. Kendamil tests 30 cans from every production batch for bacterial contamination. Only batches that pass all checks are approved for release.
