International shipping cost: US$24.99, free from US$95
International orders under US$95 pay a flat US$24.99 shipping fee. Orders of US$95 or more ship free. At checkout both amounts appear in your local currency (in U.S. dollars for Kuwait and Bahrain).
In practice, a single can or box pays shipping, and most multi-packs ship free. Three 600 g boxes of HiPP German formula (US$40.99 each, US$122.97 together) already clear the free-shipping line.
Orders leave our European partner warehouse by express courier (FedEx or DHL). Delivery times depend on the destination and on customs, so we have not published a delivery promise for these countries yet.
How much you can order at once
We set a per-order limit for each country, based on our fulfilment partner's shipping rules for each destination. Checkout applies the limit for your country automatically, and if a cart is over it, checkout tells you before you pay.
| Ship to | 800 g tins | 600 g boxes | 400 g tins or boxes | Ready-to-feed (6 x 200 ml packs) |
| Australia, New Zealand | 12 | 16 | 24 | 8 |
| Hong Kong | 12 | 16 | 24 | Not available |
| Japan, Singapore, Philippines | 6 | 8 | 12 | 4 |
| UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain | 6 | 8 | 12 | Not available |
Mixed carts count proportionally. In Japan, for example, three 800 g cans and four 600 g boxes fit in one order, because each makes up half of the limit. If you need more than one order allows, order again after your parcel has arrived.
Note: These are Formuland's per-order shipping limits, not a statement of each country's import rules. Ready-to-feed liquid formula is not available for Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait or Bahrain.
Import duties and taxes
Formuland covers import duties and taxes on every international order.
For the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia we prepay them before the parcel ships. In the other nine countries, the local customs authority may still ask for duty or tax when the parcel arrives, depending on its value and the country's rules. If that happens, pay the courier and email the receipt to care@formuland.com, and we refund the full amount. Please don't refuse the parcel: a refused parcel travels back to Europe and your formula is delayed by weeks.
Japan is one example. Japan Customs values personal-use purchases at 60% of the overseas retail price and does not charge duty or consumption tax when that value is ¥10,000 or less. In practice, orders above roughly ¥16,666 may be charged on delivery; Japan Customs makes the final assessment, using its own exchange rate. If you are charged, we reimburse it.

Before you order
Every product ships in its original European packaging. These are versions made for European markets (for example Germany, the Netherlands or the UK), not versions made for your local market, and the label and preparation instructions are in the language of the market each one was made for, such as German, Dutch or English.
For parcels that arrive damaged, see our refund policy for what to report and when.
