• (d) you are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, and for any duties, taxes, or charges that may apply to your order; and
• (e) you knowingly and voluntarily assume responsibility for your decision to purchase, prepare, and use any product, including risks that cannot be eliminated even when a product is used as directed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formuland disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Formuland does not warrant that any product will be suitable for your child or that the information on this website is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formuland and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of — or inability to use — any product or information from this website, regardless of the legal theory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formuland's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, these exclusions and limitations will apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. No resale. All products are sold for personal use only. Resale or redistribution of products purchased through this website is strictly prohibited. Formuland reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order it believes is placed for commercial, resale, or redistribution purposes.

9. Severability. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes. Formuland may change the content, terms, policies, or any other aspect of this website at any time without notice. Please review this disclaimer periodically. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the then-current disclaimer.

How to Prepare the Formula

For your baby’s safety and well-being, it’s important to follow the preparation and dosage instructions carefully. Always make a fresh batch, feed your baby right away, and discard any leftovers. Avoid heating the formula in the microwave.

1. Start by washing your hands and using clean or sterilized bottles and containers.
2. Boil some drinking water and let it cool down to about 40°C (lukewarm).
3. Pour the correct amount of water into the bottle, as indicated in the feeding chart.
4. Use the scoop provided to measure the formula. Level off each scoop with a clean knife.
5. Add the right number of scoops of formula to the water.
6. Secure the bottle with the cap and shake it well for about 10 seconds, or until the formula is fully dissolved.
7. Check the temperature before feeding (it should be around 37°C, or body temperature).

Storing the Formula:

After each use, close the can tightly and store it in a cool, dry place (between 5°C and 25°C). Once opened, use the formula within 4 weeks. The product is packaged with care to ensure freshness.

To prepare 100 ml of formula:

• Use 90 ml of water
• Add 3 level measuring spoons of powder (equivalent to 13.5 g)

Note: Each measuring spoon holds 4.5 g of powder.
