As a loyal customer since 2024 who has spent over $5,000 on formula, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences. First, my package was lost, and it took 1–2 weeks to resolve. Now, after spending over $500 on my latest order, I received ready-to-feed formula with less than two months until expiration. I understand that ready-to-feed formula has a shorter shelf life, but this is unacceptable, especially when purchasing formula for a newborn. I expect better quality control and customer service from a company I’ve trusted and supported for so long. I hope you can make this right.

Super sad to be writing this. 4 orders with formuland costing several thousand dollars. Most recent order I ordered 90 bottles. The package they arrived in was in a very bad state (quite frankly the box was open!!) and thankfully I counted how many bottles had been supplied and it was only 66. I immediately contacted customer service and after a few emails back and forth they agreed to ship out the remaining bottles. A week later I still haven't heard. They send me a random tracking number for a delivery that isn't even to the right country. I have to email them again. Several emails back and forth again and they decide to partially refund me, but for an amount that doesn't even cover the cost of the missing bottles?!?! I can't believe considering the price of this formula that they would behave in this way.
